Apparently the gm doesn’t plan on drafting a qb, Haskins is the obvious choice, but they may trade back or get o line or a lb

The thing that makes this pick difficult is that it’s hard to tell what Gettleman’s long-term plans with the Giants are. If they’re re-building, then Dwayne Haskins is the easy guess here. Teams start their re-builds with a QB and they’ve shown an interest in Haskins. Of course that all raises the question of why trade their best receiver away. And if they’re not re-building and truly think they can win with Eli (I wouldn’t put it past them), then their team has enough needs that Giants could take almost anyone else available here But then, why show so much interest in Haskins?

I’ll just go with the popular consensus and assume that they’re looking for a successor to Eli. Giants take Dwayne Haskins.

To me it all depends on who the Giants see as a better QB, Haskins or Tua.

I’m going with Tua.

Chances are we’re gonna win 2-4 games next season and we should have a chance at Tua.

Draft the best players with all of our picks this year, and let Eli go out there and embarrass himself and secure the top pick and grab Tua.

Haskins is the obvious choice but I think they go Rashan Gary...Dave strikes me as the "build trenches with early picks" guy

Haskins would be the smart pick because odds are unless the Giants completely Tank they won't get a pick high enough to get Tua.

If they don't take Haskins they should shop the pick since Taylor is off the board.
