I just checked out the draft order. Colts @ 15....

I'm sorry, but if McCaffery is still on the board at 15, then the Colts will take him. Like I said before, he's the prototypical Colts draftee: good character type guys who can be the face of the organization.... bonus if he's white too. An easy sell to the Indy fan base.

Indy doesn't always draft the best player available.

Couldn't find our thread, #Byrdgang ....so I'm just gonna post this here.

I'mma keep this short and sweet:

• I want Dalvin Cook, but I realize they are not going to take him at 14....so I'm cool with a CB. HOWEVER:
• If these a$$holes take a wide receiver at 14 and not a running back....oh, I'mma be pissed and I'mma complain about it for the rest of the off season, just warning y'all NOW.
• If we take a defensive player with our first round pick, which I fully expect us to do, then I hope we would take Joe Mixon with our second round pick.
• It does not make sense NOT to get a running back who would be under almost the same length of rookie contract as Carson Wentz, but then instead build the defense. If you want to win, give Wentz players he can grow with.
• It also does not make sense to draft players specific to Doug Pederson's system when we ALL KNOW good and damn well that Doug Pederson will not be here in the next two or three years. Let's just be real - this dude is a stopgap coach, he is not a long-term answer. Take the BEST TALENT, NOT what fits in his scheme.

Vinny Curry is proven to be overrated asscheeks and we needed someone else who can rush the passer

now our D Line is Barnett, Jernigan, Cox, Graham that is solid.




It's going to make the secondary look a lot better... there's tons of corners we'll be able to grab

like Kevin King in the 2nd round or Adorre Jackson or we could go RB with Perine or Mixon

Conley could be there in the 3rd round ... this is setting up well for us


Barnett is going to THRIVE on that line
