This idea that a team goes 1-31 over a 2 year stretch has the number one pick and doesn’t draft a QB is laughable

This idea that a team with the #1 pick should pass on a consensus best in draft, generational talent that can immediately contribute to winning like Barkley to instead take a shot in the dark from a crop of deeply flawed QBs with no consensus standout among them, that each has a high chance of busting in the Browns system (one of whom they'll still be able to choose at #4 anyway!) is what's laughable.

They are gonna take a QB, most likely Darnold. Luckily he will have at least a year to sit on the sidelines and learn instead of us having to to ruin his confidence by throwing him to the wolves game 1.

I think Rosen goes 2nd, Mayfield goes 3rd, and Browns get Barkley anyways.

They definitely want a QB with pick 1 or 4. Since the Jets traded up, I don't see how they would take Barkley at 1 in any way because whatever QB they want the Jets could potentially take.
