Garrett seems like has those measurables/athleticism/potential but I dont know. I don't see that generational talent talk everyone is raving about.

Hue Is a great QB coach and Watsons collegiate resume rivals Winston/Marigoata. Sure he has things to work on like ball placement, deep accuracy etc. but you're telling me Wentz and Gofful can go 1 and 2 but Deshaun isn't a first round grade

Browns should just select Watson first, and get a pass rusher or secondary help at 12. Especially since they drafted Ogbah last year anyway. It ain't gonna happen, but I don't truly believe or know if Garrett is gonna be that next Elite Edge guy.
