If you’re talking about the free allocation, if you haven’t gotten them yet and you missed the deadline to hit up Legend, that offer is expired.

If you’re trying to buy some you’ll need to get some BNB in your crypto wallet then you can purchase some in Trust Wallet.

They’re comically cheap right now so even dropping $10 would get you a boatload of coins.

Another option might be Kucoin. My debit card is expired so I couldn't do shyt with them, and apparently you can't buy crypto with credit (I could be wrong). You can give that a shot. Whatever you buy, you eventually need to get it to BNB, then swap to COLI on Pancake Swap. Caveat: I'm still waiting for Binance to release my assets so I haven't run through this all for myself yet.
