Can you potentially get sued for using the name and image?

The image...?? I made that logo myself. The base artwork was acquired from a royalty-free website, then I made creative alterations to it. Besides that, the forum owners don't have a monopoly on coliseum images.

As far as the name "The Coli", nothing in the terms of service indicates its trademarked, but even if it was, my name is "COLI token"-- a completely different name, as well as seperate entity (digital token).

I'm not a lawyer, but I feel good about my legal standing.
