So why was I able to get waves on the side brushing down?

your barber may have been good enough to know and have technical aptitude to make your waves pop.

if you never had full 360'S with ear wave locked sideburns even with your cut.
your barber never knew how to really cut with any technical aptitude.
especially if you never had waves on your right side.
waves grow forward.
you never brush.
a comb and a stocking cap with an excellent #00000 1/4 length haircut are waves friends.
the rest of the shyt is a lie.
the products, the brushes, the consumer noncommercial clippers and barber products where you can never tend to the body of a cut properly.
it is all a lie.

you nikkaz neeed to dig in the crate and learn knowledge of self and hiphop cultural history.
stop romancing these house ducks and toys.
trying to masquerade like they are a part of hip hop.
they are not.

just use a regular rat tail comb. I only use a comb to comb out curls if im doing a long wolf and my hair over curls

Appreciate it. Also I think when people say they want "detailed waves" I don't think they mean "changing hair texture" but getting out of the "ripple" stage.

well i cut my own hair.
yet i got the whole wave game swag from my BM.
referring me to the barber.
, who literally was what if jadakiss was born in chicago.
weird as hell asking for a guy named boo for a haircut.
anyway, boo the barber is the best pro shop barber I seen cut.
so I got how my grain would be high quality from those cut.
over time i kept my eye on his cut pedigree and style.

eventually his shop was So far and too time consuming to keep going out west.
plus they moved and i was forced to ramp my own skills.
which happened cause i was already a deso hood barber.
my skills got better when i was let in a shop and given a pair of masters.
to get my freelance and booth game deso.


there are barbers who can really cut.
yet you would be better off as a waver.
asking that waver for a referral.
to the barber who you saw and found out could cut well.
or eventually just invest in learning to cut yourself.

you got a tie down.
that resembles buttahs with a doo rag.

you need a stocking cap to have real waves and not a long afro tied down to make buttahs.

only time i wear a doo rag is to match my skullies with mu thousand dollar winter down coats in the winter.
doo rags can not diffuse short real waves to make them pop.
doo rags are just a tie down.
