I do all of this and only brush after showers and in the AM before getting in car for work.

Your shyt must be set in stone big bro.
Mid day or after a workout my shyt be frizzy and the sides can't be seen.
How long your brush sessions be? You using a softy in the AM?
I use a medium torino pro to out product in after a shower (brush no longer than 5-10 min). In the AM i use a premium CQP (brush maybe 2-5 min) and put my du rag back on for my drive to work.
When im actually home, i may brush for no more than 20-30 min any given day while Im at my desk surfing the web for the evening.
I been waving since middle school (like 02 or something) so yeah my ish isnt going anywhere.

I stopped waving though it was too much maintenance I couldn’t brush as much do to work, gym and other things but I’d be lying if i say I don’t think about getting them back I haven’t had 360’s since like 2012 or 13 and every time I get a cut those waves are still there

Real wavers just use water
This is my combo..
Brush when you really got waves, you don't even got to brush. When i do up brushing, it's only for like 2 minutes. And usually when it's about time to get a haircut (3-5 weeks)that I start doing it as a way making sure my hair looks somewhat neat.
