going to have my first cut in two months this sunday. I still dont have proper waves but i think if i cut my hair which is still short with a level 2 all over they will show at the top least.

You have to get that real low cut to start training your hair to lay down. Once the top is brushed forward and the sides are brushed down your hair is then laid. Just brush and rub, brush and rub. As your hair is grows it's going to try to curl back up pushing the nearby hairs in the same direction causing the wave.

Once I grow this beard out. I'm cutting my hair and jumping back in the wave game. I've been saying this since 17 so hopefully this is the year
