I predict either Jericho turns heel and aligns with Heyman who turns on Punk to set up Punk as a tweener

OR

Punk vs Jericho is a close one with Punk winning clean, and the next day Heyman pretends to be happy but has Curtis Axel beat his ass, claiming that Punk "abandoned him" etc.

EDIT: It should be noted that I do NOT want to see Curtis Axel feud with Punk. Punk is major leagues. Let Axel develop organically by feuding with mid carders. I don't like his fast push. It's annoying because I want to like him and think he's good in the ring.

Punk needs to be a certain kind of face more in a stonecold kind of mold and rebelling against authority . He should of been feuding with Laurenitis , instead of Cena . He needs an establishment figure to play off ( not Vickie)

Punk needs to be the type of face he was during NXT. Nothing he did came off as forced. He's a natural smart ass. The problem with his last face run was too much reliance on pipe bombs and crammed WWE "humor." Too much slapstick and comedy in wrestling right now. Keep that shyt in the jobber card.

Punk gets the beatdown from Y2J and Axel, they go as far as breaking his arm or leg as Heyman yells at Punk about his time being up.

This has 3 most excellent effects my dudes:

1. Punk is kayfabe injured, allowing him to continue his vacation.

2. Curtis Axel gets major heel heat for shytting on a returning Punk in Chicago.

3. Jericho is heel, ending his current corny run

I think they will turn him face but I don't feel that they have got all they can get out of his heel run yet. But when they turn him I can see him feuding with Y2J for a couple of months and then him I can see him in a program with Ryback by Summerslam. I would have said with Bryan but i hope DB will be going up against Cena for the title by then.
