Situation is dire for all Europe really. We're hit bad by the drought and we're currently in the 4th heat wave since May but it's also the case in Italy, Germany or Spain. I don't know about Eastern Europe but they are probably suffering the same.
The Balkans too, just with somewhat lower criticality, because the quantity of huge rivers is incomparable...

Serbia has not only Danube, but two long rivers Tisza and Sava (two rivers longer than 900km receiving water from multiple countries), it is among the countries with most water considering the population of only 8 million people.

The drought still impacts the industry and energy production though.

@Liu Kang

Yeah I read about that. Because our nuclear plants are in maintenance for some, down for others, we have to import electricity when it's usually the other way around.

However prices are capped so we're not having big price hikes. But the nationwide energy provider (EDF) is reporting ludicrous losses each quarter.

"This is an unusual situation for us and the question is what happens in October, when the usually dry months arrive. We are already approaching the record low level we had in 2018. We could reach that level next week."
Experts have warned that the low water could significantly damage Germany's economy.
Climate change already affecting the economy...
