It's been a dream match built for a full year now. They've been teasing it and hinting at it literally since day one for Nakamura on the main roster. It's not like it's a random NXT "dream match" where two random indie "stars" are paired up for no other reason than that they're names indie fans know.

Dana White lies more than Vince McMahon. This very day he blatantly lied about Conor having active warrants by the NYPD as they NYPD was telling media that he didn't. This match gives me Goldberg vs. Lesnar WM 20 vibes where both men get booed out the building. If Vince was smart he would let these two put on a fukkery fest in the middle of the card and let AJ & Shinsuke kill it in the main event. Either way the match his a joke and so is the universal title. It's the only title in the company where the previous champ never invokes his rematch clause

Facts! Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, and Goldberg never got rematches. Brock ain't gonna have a rematch either.

The stuff with Conor that happened earlier today is all over the place, but Dana did a statement/interview starting it by telling everyone that it wasn't a canned or scripted response then straight up lied about the NYPD having a warrant out for him and grounding his plane. Numerous media sources contacted NYPD who said they'd like to speak to Conor, but there was no warrant or charges against him.

The Brock stuff has been reported for months that he was going to do another UFC fight, but stay under WWE contract and feud with Lashley heading up to Summerslam.
