Raq just can't help herself. She has to step on people's toes. :mjlol:

And Lou is stupid. He should have gone to Raq. Raqq would have owned part of the studio but never have time to come in and try to control the music. Not this nikka. Now he gonna have to kill him :heh:

The whole family is crazy. now Marvin got her and the mafia dude's son killed. Unique about to use this to his advantage.
I don't necessarily disagree with any of this but I'd add that Raq probably already views the label as such. She's consistently sonned Lou by reminding him the drug biz provides the money he puts into the label. Not to mention she told the realtor she was a record label owner.

No Whammies!!
Also, since I can get slightly geeky about TV shows, I googled "1992 Babysitter movie" when Jukebox was describing the plot of the movie they watched.
What I found was that the movie "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle" came out on Jan 10th 1992. So, we can pretty much narrow down the week that this episode takes place in.

The Power universe has the worst hitmen in the history of television. Chris and Snoop are like Deadpool and Taskmaster compared to them nikkas.

All that grinding them nikkas be doing, I would think Lou would have 50 bands stashed somewhere.

I hope they don't kill off Marvin, he's been the best character of the series.
Yeah, I’m trippin how he don’t have money like that, i guess he’s sinking it into the label

And 50 racks is a big loan now, in the late 80’s is brazy how tf crown get that deep in the hole

Yes keep marv

Yeah, I caught the reference right away, cause I’ve seen the movie back then. They had Ernie Hudson played a mentally challenged breh in that. That movie had some popularity in the early nineties. In Living Color did a parody of the movie.
