- Crown was so fukking annoying and got what he deserved. Typical fukkboy who always feels themselves and forget who they're dealing with.

- That art gallery nikka slapping Milli Vanilli. :mjlol: Showing off by putting your hands on subordinates and humiliating them is never a good idea. Look what happened to dude in Four Brothers cos he thought he could just treat his workers any old way whenever he felt like it.

- Detective Burke gonna end up like Jabari.
- Kenya only been reunited with Jukebox for five minutes and already trying to control the girl like she raised her from the jump. :dahell: We already know what's gonna happen with this relationship, especially when she finds out Juke is a lesbian.

- I wonder what's the story with that crackhead dude and why they made it a point to focus on him staring at Kanan and Howard? What kind of threat would he pose?

- Unique asked a good question on how Lou missed Worrell in that small ass room with a tec-9 while eating p*ssy. Same thing we was saying last season.:mjlol:

- This chick and the sexy mother, I wonder what ole lady's deal is? :patrice: Yeah she's fine and all that, obviously, but it's just weird.

- I think an underrated character on the show is D'angelo aka Deen. I know he's only been in a few episodes very briefly and probably won't be in any more, but dude is a smooth character. Just the way he gets his point across with that Brother Mouzone style articulateness...like when Raquel asked him where's Smurf and he told her "greener pastures" and then let her know he got murked without actually saying it. :mjlol: Then the way he handled Unique when he was on some loud rah rah shyt totally unfazed like :unimpressed: "desperation doesn't look good on you".
As far as the bold, crackhead dude will probably be used as a source of intel in some way as a negative towards Kanan/Howard

Could the sex mother be breeze :sas2:, obviously street smart, definitely manipulative, motive isn't clear yet though but definitely more to her than what is presented.

Got the chills when Juke was singing in church :whew:

We need an alternate timeline show where she stays wearing those sexy dresses and shakes that thang
Fixed
I'm mad Fake Puff died, because this show universe doesn't know how to resolve a character's fate in any way besides death or jail.
The show is about completely lawless and mostly moral lacking drug dealers. That's usually how things end with people like that.

Damn yall nikkas literally bytch about every fukking thing :what: .nikkas complaining about background music not being from that era, this nikka @CHICAGO has been bytching about the timeline not matching up for 2 damn years now, as if any show manages a perfect timeline, let alone a pre original spinoff, ect.

Y'all really need to stfu, this show blows every black crime dra out of the water as far as dialogue and realism. Including The Wire. The dialogue alone on this shyt can compete with ALL of the greats, ALL of them. Ain't a single thing happened that was unrealistic outside of Marvin putting a body in the walls, that idea shoulda been scrapped.

IDK about y'all nikkas, but I'm a hood nikka for real. I grew up around bosses, killers, fake tough nikkas, wannabe rap nikkas, boss bytches, lame hood nikkas, ect. Every nikka thats really from the gutter knows/knew a Raq, a Marvin, a Lou, a Famous, a Crown, ect. This show is great in damn near every area of judgement. Stop bytching.

you’re retarded

• its not hard to recreate 1992 R&B. the music people on the show need to do better. i wonder what happened to Teddy Riley providing the music. the ballads should sound like this

the faster paced songs should sound like this

• the writing on all Power shows are trash in general. if Power was on HBO it’d be in the vein of Boardwalk Empire. Starz appeals to nikkas with no standard of quality

• kanan’s transition to ruthlessness is weak. him beating that guy up in the last episode was forced. dude shoulda had his guns out and ready like the previous poster said. kanan killed buck 20 in the first episode of the last season and then afterwards its like it never happened. he’s still a square afterwards

• raquel is a good villain. but she’d he a great villain if the writing on the show was top quality

• the nosy cop trope is corny and played out we got it 80 times in the original power

• making hated characters die is lazy. making a character who is loved die is when i take a show seriously. they’re gonna kill off famous, worrell and burke and its obvious

• they’re making it too obvious what will happen to jukebox and her mother

there’s never going to be a black inner city show as great as The Wire because too many of these black inner city shows neglect quality writing because they know most black people do not care about quality television, which is true, but you’re supposed to heighten their standards but challenging their taste. the next quality black inner city period piece will probably be on HBO. hopefully they can do something on 80s/90s NYC and do it properly.

I'm still convinced the lady cop gonna turn Juke all the way out. I can envision Juke leaning on her when her moms inevitably turns against (her lesbianism offending her religious beliefs). I don't see her opening up to Raq since she so close to the situation and aint exactly the "cry on my shoulder" type.
