Actually that was King Azzuri that beat Captian America, not T'Challa. King Azzuri was the chieftain of Wakanda during World War Two. He was T'Challa's grandfather.
Also, one problem with T'Challa is that in 50 years of publication he's only had two Major love interests; Monica Lynne and Storm. White boys wrote him as asexual and Ta-Nehisi Coates writes him as a simp.
With all that said he would beat Batmans ass.
Both well trained fighters although to be fair Batman is probably more experienced, Both stealthy but T’Cahlla is more Maneuverable, has faster reflexes and enhanced strength, speed and constitution from the heart shaped herb. so yeah he wins.
