I re-watched the first two episodes, and it was actually better than I remembered. At the time, I thought the pilot was a little too much "Lean On Me".

One thing I forgot is that she actually spoke in her very first scene in the pilot episode.

Another thing I forgot about the first episode was that the Assistant Principal was telling Jefferson that he needed to meet with Lady Eve the first time we saw her.
