But on the real tho I think Static is WAY OP than BL especially in the cartoon and comics... dude was reading EM spectrums and tapping into phone lines outta the telephone junctions..Also he can use ElectroMagnetism like magneto the possibilities are endless...
Black Lightning is more powerful and defeats him because of experience, but Static electromagnetism is just OP. He comes up with a new ability each week. Once he gets a few years under his belt, it’s over.
