Said it before but I've met quite a few hispanics who are big fans of Trump. Mostly Mexicans. Don't be surprised if his numbers among them are very surprising this year. Also not shocked to see him possibly gaining with black folks, mainly black men.

This shyt is going to continue to be closer as we get closer to election day. Quite frankly I would think COVID would be a death nail but Tbh many people have mentally moved on from it mentally even with the shyt still out there. I really don't want this dude to get another 4 years but I wouldn't be shocked if he does.

i heard the dems won by 10 million votes in '18

turnout and enthusiasm is gonna be through the fukking roof in november on the left. hatred of trump is the best motivator i've ever seen in an election :dead:

meanwhile, trump has a lot of people who put up with him because the country was in good shape before february. now....not so much

he'll always have the cult, but i have to imagine a lot of people get disgusted with him between now and the election. he's running on an economy that doesnt exist, and moderates know it
The thing I worry about is that it may seem real close on election night which will fuel a bunch of crazy conspiracies like it did that year too among his supporters. A solid chunk of that 10mil margin came in days and weeks later with mail ballots. While no one will care what California does this time around, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia will probably be the main source of post election night fukkery and accusations.

Yeah, I'm not freaking out over one poll. Also, Biden doesn't need Florida to win.

Michigan, Wisconsin. Pennsylvania are the ballgame.

Not really - 28% of Hispanic voters voted for Trump so of course you will find some Mexicans who support Trump lol. Also, 13% of Black male voters vote for Trump so yeah. That doesn't mean there will be a significant shift towards Trump among those groups.

heres my prediction:

-trump wins on election night. states NEED to get out ahead and declare they won't be calling shyt on election night, that's crucial
-it takes about another week to count the votes, at which point biden wins 5/6 of the swing states
-trump calls it fake and rigged, takes to fox news and twitter to tell the country "they're stealing the election", and starts suing every state he lost
-violence starts to pop off

what i hope and pray for is that the republican senators who won their seats/are safe in their seats say "enough of this fukkin idiot" and side with biden. it could happen once the election is over AND they've retained their seats, which is all they really care about

the averaege republican in government would rather retain their seat through a biden administration than go to the mat over donald trump's ego for the purpose of keeping trump in office for another 4 years. they just won't/can't admit it out loud

I can only tell you anecdotally I've run into more and more of them during Trumps time in office than during the 2016 camapgin. Again, this is anecdotally but I've found most Hispanic men Ive talked to are big fans of him. Again, just anecdotally but I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a larger share this year than 2016. We'll see.

I do feel this isn't appreciated enough that he appeals to these people quite a bit. Democrats bank on anti-illegal immigration rhetoric being repulsive to these voters when, again anecdotally, I've noticed these people are rather indifferent to their brothers over the border or here illegally if they are citizens themselves. I think if black Americans saw Africans being treated like shyt, we would feel someway about it while with hispanics I haven't noticed this same affinity

I never counted on FL, and Biden has several avenues to win without it. It's a trash state :yeshrug:
Look at Nelson/Gillum's margins in Miami-Dade.

Both candidates improved on Clinton's numbers in every other part of Florida even winning crucial Jacksonville, Pinellas and the Ivory Coridor with much larger margins.

They did far worse in Miami-Dade (large Cuban population) and it basically cost them the state.

Note Nelson lost with a margin of 10k votes across the whole state

Miami-Dade - 2018 Senate Race
485k/316k - 170k net vote for Bill Nelson

Miami-Dade - 2016 Presidential Election
624k/333k - 290k net vote for Hillary Clinton

If Biden wins FL, that's nice. However, if he doesn't who cares. Florida is gonna Florida :manny:.

Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania are the ballgame. Also, Arizona & North Carolina should be more focused on by the Biden campaign than Florida.

Big majority of people own no stocks

Fall/winter coronavirus resurgence finna be a disaster You Think Things Couldn’t Get Any Worse With the Pandemic?

Any stimulus passed is kicking the can of depression down the road - ain't gon move the needle one way or the other
They just care about November. Having the economy presentable before the election. After that, they don't give a shyt. And the virus is starting to be forgotten about. Ppl are not as worried about it as they were. Its like they got use to living with it now.
