This. Biden is probably overperfoming with seniors and underperforming with Cubans. Also, hopefully Puerto Rican voters can kind of off-set the Cuban voters.

The Latinos aren’t going to forgive the Obama era policy no matter who it was.
Since Latin America is so many countries with different priorities, no matter what country a candidate’s from, it won’t resonate across the board. Pick a Mexican, Central/Southern won’t be enthusiastic. Pick a Cuban, only Cubans will be excited.
That’s the only reason black Americans hold so much sway. We are mostly unified as long as the black candidate has an understanding of our issues.
