This - general election polls are basically irrelevant.

The worry is whether Trump is catching up in swing states. We already know he's going to lose the popular vote by more than 2016.
National polls are NOT irrelevant. If Biden is winning the national PVI by over 5%, that means he's also won the Electoral College and thus the election.

Biden winning nationally by 8-10% means that he will get a very comfortable victory.

Been following the Vegas odds for the election and Trump is gaining ground. The race is basically even right now.

Increasing chances of a Trump win - JPMorgan

Position your portfolio for the rising odds of President Trump winning re-election, according to JPMorgan Chase & Co., which says the spread between him and challenger Joe Biden is now nearly even. That's largely due to the impact on public opinion of violence around protests, as well as potential bias in polls, said strategist Marko Kolanovic. "Implications could be significant for the performance of factors, sectors, COVID-19 winners/losers, as well as ESG, though certainly a lot can happen in the next ~60 days."

Of course JPMorgan is going to encourage fiscal responsibility by hedging bets. Not a strong indicator. 75% of CFOs polled by CNBC say Biden is going to win

if you don’t know by now, vegas is always right. Idgaf what some opinionated twitter nerd thinks. Vegas always knows.

(you might not understand this if you don’t gamble)
I mean I agree that JP has a bias here but this is the first time this year that they’ve said it’s even.
Nobody cares except you :unimpressed:
