The Biden campaign should also be actively recruiting any popular celebrities(for example the Rock) who has any future political ambition or aspiration to campaign for him. Trump has energy but Biden has the numbers. Democrats have an inherit advantage and we need to use it!

It doesn't mean they know the pulse of what's going on though. Even they need guidance and sounding your voice allows them to run better campaigns. I don't think "chill, they'll figure it out" is a good stance to take for voters to have their voices heard. Every 4 years a staff with hundreds of years of experience loses an election and i'm sure there are signs of where they could have done better, see the 2016 "master class" Hillary ran.
