It would be the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) but the OSC is controlled by Trump-appointed lackey named Henry Kerner. Nothing will be done about it. Also, with a Republican-controlled Senate, Democrats can't do much of anything.

No one cares about the Hatch Act except blue check liberals on twitter. If the democrats in the house cared, they would have impeached Trump over this when he did it the other 100 times.

Impeaching Trump at this stage makes no sense, especially since we all saw the 1st time what the result will inevitably be. The election is 2 months away, the election will be his impeachment trial. The voters will decide his fate.
