I can understand though...they've been pumping this "Biden is in mental decline" and "Biden is diminished" shyt for months now, along with complaining that he's not actively campaigning during a global pandemic.

Don't give them a reason to say "LOOK! Pelosi is trying to bail him out!"
Those people aren't voting for dems no matter what.

That the problem. Dems spend so much time responding to every piece of bullshyt Republicans throw out they end up looking like lost and inept.

If Trump said he wasn't debating Republicans would take it in stride. Even say Joe needs to explain why Trump needs to debate the fantastic job he's done.

He's not wrong :manny: I'd hoped people wouldn't look at the polls and get overconfident like they did in 2016, but some still are. Trump is in a slightly worse position than this time in 2016, but mail-in voting fukkery could easily erase that.
