I don't think impeachment is a good option. A better option, frankly, would be the 25th Amendment. Everything that happened today would have resulted in any other president being forced to resign. Trump is a disgrace and I'm no sure giving him 14 more days to be president is going to change anything. The cabinet and VP should act accordingly.

Consider that the president has been told for weeks that the VP cannot change the outcomes of today's vote, yet has gone out his way to bully and scapegoat him. You could argue he endangered Pence's life today.

I just read somewhere that impeachment would be better since it requires less votes and is not as easy to get overturned. I don’t know if that’s right or not.

His niece said that Trump and his father were big believers of the book, “The Power of Positive Thinking”. He can delude himself into believing anything. That’s how he bankrupted himself so many times even when evidence and business people tried to convince him not to take certain actions.

the police were most responsible for that though...

doesn't seem that way but again I'm not condoning the use of the military

I think you're missing the point
The snatching up people in white vans wasn't the police.
If memory correctly that was some sort of Federal group, some speculate it was ICE.

The response to this and the response to BLM protests is disproportionately in
favor of the Trump Supporters.
