Waste time. If a congressman and senator object, congress meets for a couple hours to debate and then there's a vote. Biden will win the House vote since dems control it. Biden will also win the senate vote since enough republicans have already said this is over and Biden won. After that, the state's vote is certified and they move on to the next state. So republicans can basically spend the entire day doing this, but it doesn't change the results.
