well.. shyt about to go all the way down to shyt lol

states vs states

Read into it a little. Im not a lawyer, but It seems like they are explicitly targeting black votes, essentially saying that it was too easy for heavily black cities to vote.

-Intrastate differences in the treatment of voters,
with more favorable allotted to voters – whether
lawful or unlawful – in areas administered by
local government under Democrat control and
with populations with higher ratios of Democrat
voters than other areas of Defendant States.

• The appearance of voting irregularities in the
Defendant States that would be consistent with
the unconstitutional relaxation of ballot-integrity
protections in those States’ election laws.
They mean Milwaukee, Atlanta, Philly, and Detroit:stopitslime::pacspit:

It's States v States for Obamacare too...

This lawsuit might actually have merit, though.

The question is, if Texas wins, what's the remedy?
i dont think it has merit, you cant sue another state to invalidate their votes, you would have to invalidate the entire elections which will leave the country without an elected official.

Nevermind...I'm not worried

yeah the GOP are just catering to their base.. i expect other states to pull the same stunt

"
The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win these four States collectively, the odds of 7 that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (i.e., 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,0004). See Decl. of Charles J. Cicchetti, Ph.D. (“Cicchetti Decl.”) at ¶¶ 14-21, 30-31. See App. 4a-7a, 9a. 11. The same less than one in a quadrillion "

this is mathematical nonsense

the chances of Biden getting those votes cant even be quantified.. it wasn't hazards but COUNTING.. it wasnt like flipping a coin and checking a result.. its was just CHECKING A RESULT

so the chances of biden getting those numbers would be art 100% as it is not a "chance".

That's what most of the lawsuits are about. Their essentially saying black voters are fraudulent, and they're not actually people. They want to take away our right to vote.

They don't even really state an injury. Apparently, there are major standing issues as well. Texas has no standing to sue another state for alleged violations of its election law.

Also, there wouldn't be "no elected official". They only are contesting the Presidential race. If they were to succeed, neither candidate would have 270, and the race would go to congress. Each state gets one vote based on its party ratio. Trump wouod likely be re elected. This will never happen.

It looks like the TX AG (the lead on the case) is under investigation by the feds for fraud. I'll bet this whole fiasco is a way to get a pardon. :hhh:

I can’t wait for next Monday when the electors official certify Biden won. This Texas lawsuit is not gonna go nowhere but the right is already celebrating this as a victory lol. Once it’s thrown out and next Monday the electors officially say Biden won the meltdown from the MAGATS is going to be glorious. :russ:
