There's nothing the House can do besides impeach him, which is useless.

As for Biden, that's not his job. The DoJ isn't an attack arm of the executive branch. He's going to let them make that decision.

I believe Biden is really going to focus on healing the nation and tackling the pandemic.

The GSA Administrator should NOT be a political appointee. That position should be non-partisan and non-politically appointed. Also, the GSA administrator should be MANDATED to sign the ascertainment letter once a winner has been declared in the presidential election by major, reputable sources.
