neoliberal is not really about social issues although in america, liberals try to blur lines. it covers both ends of the spectrum in american politics but the reason we so often use it against democrats is that democrats attempt to hide market solutions or pro corporate postures inside woke rhetoric or they attempt to excuse them by concern trolling about being able to win purple districts - even when those districts are actually pretty blue.

this all started with: "Transgender rights, illegal immigration and abortion are peak neoliberal bullshyt topics." so those are conservative topics to you. so my point was simply if you can claim those are conservative positions then a conservative voter can easily decide no that's not conservative (unless the word liberal in neoliberal also confuses them) those are lefty policies to me. since we all get to decide apparently.
