them leaving the race didn't mean their supporters had to go to biden, they chose biden as the next best option. it was almost like ranked-choice voting at that point. warren's supporters didn't have to go to biden, they could have chosen bernie as 2nd best if she wasn't in the race. same for all the others that dropped out. it seems you all have an issue with them not staying in the race even though they couldn't win, so that it could help bernie. but why would they want to help bernie as opposed to someone more ideologically close to them?

Their voters absolutely weren’t obligated to go to one candidate or the other but the messaging at that time was fairly clear that they were dropping out and endorsing Biden in the days leading up to Super Tuesday.

we won by not saying shyt while up against a clown of a president AND letting a plague/recession do our campaigning for us. is that going to happen again?

i don't understand how that's dishonest at all. that was generally our whole bag :dead: we won't get this ever again
Because you campaign each election individually. There is no universal winning strategy that applies.

The fact of the matter remains that Trump is so unpopular that he increased turnout to historic levels.

With that also came a lot of independent voters who voted Biden Harris at the top and voted in line with their political allegiances down bottom.

I think it’s funny how Fox News keep those North Carolina and Alaska poll numbers up there. Fox News is burying Trump with this Gore comparison video right now.
Joe cutting into those Alaska and NC numbers but the media ain’t talking about it :mjlol:

If all the moderates hadnt dropped out and supported Biden we would’ve won = I would’ve won if you only counted the legal votes.

FOH :camby:
Same side of the grift its sad lol. 2016? Sure you can argue that. In 2020 Bernie plain and simple got his ass whipped :mjlol:

even if it's clearly a pr move,
It shows a lot young people that she isn't foreign to their interests.

I can't be mad at any attempt to get younger people to buy into her views and at the same time let go of the troll alt right, in an non-obnoxious way.

Still counting. They are estimating he should lead by 90k to 100k when all said and done.
That was my math earlier but with only 118k ballots left I don’t think he’s gonna get close to that.

Yes.

Ultimately it would still be a loss because of partisanship in the south but I'd like to see the dems down there on code with progressive policy platforms. if you're going to lose anyway there is no reason to stifle good policy from the rest of the country just to lose red elections due to racism anyway.

It's just a bad excuse, especially when those same policies start appearing on Republican platforms

So you're saying that giving a right leaning Democrat, whose platform is "I'm more pro-Trump than the Republican" and will basically run pro-Trump ads on TV, $100 million is not a good idea? :troll:

And at the same time, Trump's turnout increased as well. I firmly believe that if you can't make an idiot vote for you, then you're bad at politics. But meh...

My overall point is that if you're afraid to stand on a policy against Trump of all people, then when will you be comfortable?

Its just Trump. I've always hated how so many people have talked him up into some larger than life, mountain of a political machine when all he did was handout shirts and give politicians from Congress to City Councils the most convenient punching bag in decades while being exceptionally disposable at the same time.

The road isn't going to be easier after 2020.
HL Brehs, what is going on in NV??? Are they really that scared to call their race? There can't be that many ballots left to count
Gotta keep the bookies fed
