in georgia the senate race goes to a runoff if nobody gets 50 percent or more

biden isn't going to get more than 50 percent either. all the races there are super close

a runoff is a great result for Ossoff. perdue doesn't get any extra points for being up but sub-50, we get to fight another day in january
