Purdue's lead just dropped below 50% and all the outstanding votes are mostly in Democratic districts. More than likely he isn't going to get back over 50% to avoid the run-off
It's not official until all the votes are counted, but it's looking like it. The rules are that if no candidate gets 50% it goes to a runoff.

Starting to think there's something to the notion no state wants to be the first to end this between GA, NC, PA, and NV. They're all posturing to see who drops the news first
Willing to bet once news drop from one state they all will release the vote count within hours of each other.
It looks like it will be GA -> NV -> PA -> NC based on what I am reading now about counting laws taking effect in PA and NC.
