I also have a friend that teaches at a university in Russia and in 2916 he told me was was absolutely stunned at how many Russians were terrified that Hillary was going to literally start World War 3. He said that he saw Russians crying and hugging in the street after Trump got elected and saying that they felt much safer with him in office than Hillary.

I don't know how much of that behavior is due to Russian propaganda or how much is legitimate concern. But he said Russians definitely looked at Hillary as a war-hawk and that they did not perceive Trump that way at all. My friend isn't teaching there anymore so I can't get his take on what the Russian people think about Biden.

Low key another issue: Politics is sales. You need a good salesman. This is not about Bernie, he had the great ideas, but not the skill. If Beto hadn't imploded like he had, and had been the nominee, he wins comfortably. I think that was the issue with the primary. The fact three geezers (Warren, Biden, Bernie) all came to the top should have told people there were issues from the start.
