Id bet a large number of these are the Cubans and Venezuelans of South Florida. Many cubans are faux white racist and the Venezualans fear and hate anything close to socialism. Republicans did a great job promoting the lie that Joe Biden and the dems are the socialist.:snoop:

What running a moderate didn't stop republicans from labeling someone a socialist ... imagine that

I do agree. I don't think Kamala moved the needle at all, not the fact she was a black woman, but the fact she had no base hurt. Biden should have picked demings or someone else given the voting patterns.

But I agree, it's all moot. Hopefully Joe and Mitch remember their friendship for 40 years.

Like someone said earlier Republicans only have one base to answer and fukk over now. Christian Family Values and Gun Rights, they harping over that big time. The Rural Democrat has been dead since Obama.
That's exactly why I was saying last night that if Dems chilled the fukk out on gun control a little bit that they'd get a lot of rural Dems back. There's a lot of people this year that are liberal on everything but 2A and voted on that alone. Go read the liberalgunowner or 2Aliberal sub-reddits.

You’re wrong. People who can’t vote shouldn’t be appealed to in a crucial election.

So the Latino people who have been submitted verified and counted ballots that voted for Trump shouldn't be appealed to? And the ones that voted for Biden shouldn't be shored up?

That is what you're asserting here? Just cede all Latinos and then get totally blown out, great strategy. You should apply for the Lincoln project, would be more productive than whatever you're getting paid to do here.

Message from the head of our group:

for those of you who follow the US election, it most likely was a rough night - with (obviously) no outcome yet. If you are like me, you are overtired and a bit anxious. I realize that yesterday was the wellness day, but listen to yourself...and if you are tired, worried/anxious/etc - I urge you to take today off for yourself. The work can wait. Our mental health is more important. Things that have helped me with these kinds of feelings in the past are: sleep, getting outside, meditation and exercise. (Things that have not helped me are: news and working.) I am here if you need to reach out...or feel free to reach out to your manager or HR. Regardless, I am reminding you to be gentle to yourselves and take the day if you need it. Be kind to yourself.

I love the company I work for, they're extremely people first (we already had yesterday off)

Yeah I mean Kamala was one of the very first candidates out of the primary. She was weak. They bet on her because she was a woman of color, and it didn't hold as much weight as they thought. A lot of people thought she was phony and didn't like her record.

Here is my concern.

How it the stress and confusion of the current climate impact and hamper coronavirus suppression efforts?
