I do agree. I don't think Kamala moved the needle at all, not the fact she was a black woman, but the fact she had no base hurt. Biden should have picked demings or someone else given the voting patterns.

That's exactly why I was saying last night that if Dems chilled the fukk out on gun control a little bit that they'd get a lot of rural Dems back. There's a lot of people this year that are liberal on everything but 2A and voted on that alone. Go read the liberalgunowner or 2Aliberal sub-reddits.

for those of you who follow the US election, it most likely was a rough night - with (obviously) no outcome yet. If you are like me, you are overtired and a bit anxious. I realize that yesterday was the wellness day, but listen to yourself...and if you are tired, worried/anxious/etc - I urge you to take today off for yourself. The work can wait. Our mental health is more important. Things that have helped me with these kinds of feelings in the past are: sleep, getting outside, meditation and exercise. (Things that have not helped me are: news and working.) I am here if you need to reach out...or feel free to reach out to your manager or HR. Regardless, I am reminding you to be gentle to yourselves and take the day if you need it. Be kind to yourself.

Yeah I mean Kamala was one of the very first candidates out of the primary. She was weak. They bet on her because she was a woman of color, and it didn't hold as much weight as they thought. A lot of people thought she was phony and didn't like her record.
