Am I the only one who thinks Biden is doing well? :dahell:And this is coming from a Bernie supporter. Biden is doing what he was supposed to do. Flipped Arizona and holding his ground in MI, WI and PA. TX, OH, GA, even NC and FL were all bonuses. We need to be grooming a young, charismatic candidate to win those states, which unless we have a strong 4 year Biden presidency, won't be Kamala:francis:. In the meantime, Biden just has to rebuild the Midwest firewall, which he seems to be doing with the absentee ballots.

To that end, did Democrats fail in appealing to moderates or did Republicans succeed tying Democrats to socialism?
The repubs clearly failed with the socialism stuff. Dems didn't explain heir agenda yet again. It's all "trump is awful." The people don't care about that, and now they have told you twice.

Dems did the best they could do :manny:

Republicans have a single mission. White Supremacy, Murrica and family values go hand and hand. Democrats have a big tent that they have to appeal to. If they focus too heavily on AfAms, they alienate moderate white voters. If they focus on the liberal progressive wing, they will definitely alienate white moderates. They focus too heavily on Hispanics, they alienate black voters. Damned if they do, damned if they don’t. They tried to appeal to centrists to be safe as that’s the largest voting block hoping not to piss off too many progressives and minorities but that backfired as a lot of black voters defected to Trump or fell for the don’t vote talking points. Hispanics showed their ass. And moderate whites after being kowtowed too, still choose to go Trump :ld: IDK what the Dems can do. It’s 60 million people with various and at times, conflicting agendas vs. 60 million racists with one agenda.

U gotta let the republicans implode.. and pick at the carnage just like in 2008 but the corona virus divine intervention saved them and I guess us. :manny:

Let's be real. Bernie would have got washed. They painted Joe as a socialist and he and the dems suffered. They would have put Bernie on his ass.

So how would this hurt Bernie when he is socialist? Same results but maybe he gets out more Latinos and young people. I know I know what about the moderate Republican waiting to be saved

He did. People are just have anxiety attacks over 2022 and 2024. Can't even chill out for a week and celebrate a victory. :mjlol:
