Philly suburbs and the city are going to overwhelm that Trump lead. Trump has no more votes in the State.

My old stepping grounds in Monroe county, PA has only 59% reported in too, that's a Dem county

I'm not sure why people think "Hispanic" and "white" are necessarily two different things. Rubio is probably of 100% European ancestry.

Many "latinos" could walk around Spain or Portugal or Italy and look like natives. They view themselves as white and white people view them as white (as long as they are sufficiently "assimilated" culturally). This helps explain why latino support for Dems and latino outrage towards Republicans is much less than one would think.
