NC is my state and it's been more purple IMO. Unfortunately we right red in 2016 but we voted for Obama in 2008 and JUST BARELY lost to Mitt Romney in 2012. Mitt got 50.39% of the vote in 2012. NC always has the potential to go blue. Lots of progressive and left pockets and cities that are well-populated, but there's still a lot of rural areas.
NYT gives Trump 56% chance to win NC. If Biden doesn't win NC then he will be cutting it really close (hopefully there's a Ohio miracle though).

And in the big picture it's really sad if Democrats can't win NC in this climate :hhh:

You might as well give up on Florida. That one is over. But it was always known Biden didn't need it. Trump did. Trump has more weaknesses on the map than Biden. Which is why I still don't understand why people are freaking out when some of these more consequential states aren't even really in yet.
