Yeah I think that’s her ceiling though. She started off too hot and burnt too many bridges. Didn’t know how to play the game. She has people that don’t like her on both sides of the aisle and on the right she has become a boogywoman for no reason. It’s people that literally know nothing about her but hate her. I think national aspirations are done but I could see NY going for her.
This is also wrong. The reality is that she isn’t even legally able to run for president right now and the electorate will look very different if she ever intended to do so. Moreover, winning statewide in NY would require her to put together the very sort of coalition she would need to win a national election - granted NYers are generally more Democratic than other places in America due to NYC. She was literally just highlighted at the DNC and the overwhelming argument was that she should’ve been given more time. Anyone who has a substantial issue with her won’t be in the Democratic power structure in 10 to 15 years. Don’t mistake me saying she wouldn’t be able to knock off Schumer with me saying she can’t win an open seat like Obama did. And from that perch - who cares if Republicans don’t like her? 88 percent of Republicans vote Republican in every election. Biden winning over increasingly democratic suburbs as millennials move in and buy homes does not mean that the path to the White House for a Democrat is through Republicans.

:jbhmm: Alright. I am going with a Heat Check for this election, but I think Georgia is the killshot. Watching MSNBC, Obama is spending the eve campaigning, plus I think that has been lost, Stacey Abrams, who lost in the midterms of Kemp, just shrugged off the loss and kept building the coalition.

I am calling Georgia that will end it.
