Based on the hypocrisy of the GOP, he will more than likely lose the election from in-person and day of votes narrowly then try and get the mail in votes counted selectively.

they’ve done poorly in state courts and I think it will be worse in federal courts tbh if they try and take it there

The beauty of living in this country is that the states run their own elections, so he can say whatever he wants from the WH.

I do want to note, though, that Pelosi has the power to re-seat delegates and certifies the election as Speaker of the House. Since the Dems are going to retain the House, she can cut off that sort of fukkery herself.

What I actually think will happen is that SCOTUS is going to dodge this shyt and the Republicans are going to try to get away from Trump's loser stink and get a more charismatic version of him in down the road.

These are the type of voters turning out. That's only a plus for Democrats here. If we can get the white vote below 60%, Biden and Ossoff take this in one shot.
