Yeah, I said "kind of". Of course, Hillary should have been elected in 2016.

However, there is the case, that Trump's presidency (assuming Biden wins) was an evil but semi-necessary wake up call for many Americans. If Trump wins re-election then that shows America deserves to crumble.
Last part is extremely true. If he gets back in this place is beyond saving. I hate to say it.

Early voting numbers definitely make me happy though. It just has to spill over to Tuesday two fold.

Trump's victory was kind of a necessary evil. He has made a lot more Americans politically engaged and aware. Also, if Hillary was elected, 2018 would have been a bloodbath for Democrats.

If Trump's gets re-elected then though, that would be a disaster.
I'd imagine it's kind of like appreciating life more after beating Covid. Yes, you have a more optimistic outlook and enjoy every breath a lot more.... but no one knows what lingering side-effects will come into play down the road.

:patrice:. In this scenario, would people be voting for Trump for president and Harrison for senator?

Or would they be leaving the presidential option blank and voting Dem downballot?

In these hyper partisan times, I can't see the former.
One of the slick scenarios I heard was that a more conservative candidate dropped out of the SC race and endorsed Lindsey Graham, but only after ballots were finalized. Harrison has been making ads that points out how much of a flip flop Graham is, but also how rigidly conservative the 3rd candidate is and how his anti-progressive ideals conflict directly with the Democratic platform and must be stopped at all costs. Basically, he's throwing some "own the libs" chum in the water with the hopes that he will split the vote.
