Good morning all! Can you feel the GDP in your pockets this morning?!
Truth be told, seems like everyone in my neck of the wood feels it. I was looking to buy a rental but now I don’t think I can. I was looking in the million dollar range. Houses that I thought were too expensive at the beginning of the year is even more expensive now and last less than a week on the market. 1 million dollar homes now sell for 1.2ish million in about half a year. These low interest rates are making the housing market hot.

Housing market hasn't felt coronavirus at all.

Doesn't have anything to do with GDP, moreso supply and demand and low rates

Yes I know that. That’s why I mentioned the low interest rates. Was just saying that it spending in my neck of the wood didn’t seem affected at all. People were buying new cars, restaurants were full of take out orders. It just looked like any other day or year. Only difference is seeing the bloody house prices jump like 20% in about 6 bloody months.
