No they’ll try to have all states split the Electoral College like Nebraska does if anything.

They can't force all 50 states from doing that though. I could see them try to do this in the sunbelt and maybe midwest states if a republican governor takes place. But its a very partisan thing to do. If they try this it will absolutely be in their advantage. This country would lurch from contested election to contested election too constitutional crises every four years in that scenario. It would devastating for the stability of the nation.
