Biden might get 2008/2012 black turnout. If he pulls all this off and wins, we're gonna have to revisit South Carolina. I was stunned when he received higher back turnout+support during that primary than Obama did in 2008. That was the moment where Biden turned things around but if Biden wins it all...we're gonna have a conversation about this entire thing being a W for Obama as well. His legacy is on the line even more this year. If Trump wins despite a pandemic and tanked economy, Obama is done.
