Plus Trump was actually slightly up in polls in Florida compared to the +3 Biden has.
It was going to be that way regardless in Florida. Almost every big race there is a tossup.
I thought Nielsens ratings were based only on around 5000 boxes collecting data and then some additional phone surveys.
Nielsen ratings might be the biggest scam of all time.

I'm surprised Google and Apple or Samsung haven't come up with some rating system based on what your home speakers are picking up.
I know they know what we're watching..they just gotta monetize it

Actually I think the analogy is totally wrong. Joe would have to debunk it and that takes way more work on the voter and his part. It’s like throwing on 3rd and three. Run the ball and keep the clock moving. This Hunter thing is not on the general news cycle. Addressing it on national TV unprompted makes no sense.

As a child, I saw firsthand the kind of cruel, selfish politics that Donald Trump has now inflicted on our country. It made me want to run as far away from them as possible. But trust me when I tell you: Running away does not solve the problem. We have to stand and fight. The only way to end this nightmare is to vote. There is hope on the horizon, but we’ll only grasp it if we elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

I always suspected that TV networks tracked what people were watching beyond Nielsen ratings. But then again there was so much money in TV maybe these executives didn't care because they were basically printing money.
Now you see it with Netflix using analytics they are able to create shows based on people's viewing history and profile, instead of basing it on a focus group of 25 fukkheads lollygagging in Las Vegas.
