Can't determine voting total by registration. Those newly registered voters could easily be Republican voting independents that decided to register officially to a party.
Plus Trump was actually slightly up in polls in Florida compared to the +3 Biden has.

It's worrisome because the Dems have had a historically bigger advantage in Fl and still fail to win State-wide races. Now that the gap has narrowed, we're likely toast.

Because we know the R's turnout much better than the D's when it's election time.

Independents are the only hope now.
It was going to be that way regardless in Florida. Almost every big race there is a tossup.

Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
I thought Nielsens ratings were based only on around 5000 boxes collecting data and then some additional phone surveys.

Nielsen ratings might be the biggest scam of all time.
I'm surprised Google and Apple or Samsung haven't come up with some rating system based on what your home speakers are picking up.

I know they know what we're watching..they just gotta monetize it

And it'd be more accurate because the sample size is bigger

It doesn't have much bandwidth but it also can't get any worse...

There is no proof of any wrong doing here on Joes part, so there is no fear of scrutiny here, only fear is a gaffe..

Best way I can describe this is football terms...Your facing the best offense in the league, you have a 7 point lead on their 40, you got the best RB in the league, its 4th and inches with 60 seconds left in the game and they have no timeouts...This is the game, you pick up the 1st down, game over...or you punt and hope your defense can win it...

Can the RB fumble? Yea...but me personally I'll take my chances and going for the W instead of giving that offense another chance...
Actually I think the analogy is totally wrong. Joe would have to debunk it and that takes way more work on the voter and his part. It’s like throwing on 3rd and three. Run the ball and keep the clock moving. This Hunter thing is not on the general news cycle. Addressing it on national TV unprompted makes no sense.

Rudy Giuliani Is My Father. Please, Everyone, Vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

I have a difficult confession—something I usually save for at least the second date. My father is Rudy Giuliani. We are multiverses apart, politically and otherwise. I’ve spent a lifetime forging an identity in the arts separate from my last name, so publicly declaring myself as a “Giuliani” feels counterintuitive, but I’ve come to realize that none of us can afford to be silent right now. The stakes are too high. I accept that most people will start reading this piece because you saw the headline with my father’s name. But now that you’re here, I’d like to tell you how urgent I think this moment is.

To anyone who feels overwhelmed or apathetic about this election, there is nothing I relate to more than desperation to escape corrosive political discourse. As a child, I saw firsthand the kind of cruel, selfish politics that Donald Trump has now inflicted on our country. It made me want to run as far away from them as possible. But trust me when I tell you: Running away does not solve the problem. We have to stand and fight. The only way to end this nightmare is to vote. There is hope on the horizon, but we’ll only grasp it if we elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

I always suspected that TV networks tracked what people were watching beyond Nielsen ratings. But then again there was so much money in TV maybe these executives didn't care because they were basically printing money.

Now you see it with Netflix using analytics they are able to create shows based on people's viewing history and profile, instead of basing it on a focus group of 25 fukkheads lollygagging in Las Vegas.

It’s probably won’t matter but between Pelosi’s meltdown, the Twitter censorship, Barrett basically skating through the hearings, and now the C-span editor lying over something so dumb, it’s hasn’t been a good week for dems
