Either way, they're going to have it officially recorded that your dead uncle voted, and anyone who checks that shyt will have an even easier way than usual to put you behind bars on a felony conviction cause they'll know exactly where that ballot was mailed to.
Extremely few people will risk a felony for one damn vote, which is why voter fraud of this type is so rare whether by person or mail and isn't going to swing a national election.
