I'm not sure I've ever seen such a political disaster like this. Such incompetence. These fools all thought it couldn't happen to them and that's how it happened to them. All of this was completely avoidable. Trump out here mocking Biden for those mask meanwhile Biden is out on the campaign trail and Trump is in a hospital.

I've been treating a few patients with remdesevir this week in consultation w/ infectious disease and pulmonology teams. seems pretty quick/early to be giving it to him given how recent/acute his diagnosis is, so he must be quite hypoxic to initiate it this quickly or they are just throwing parts of the kitchen sink early since he is the president after all. won't be surprised if he ends up getting plasma. he otherwise is likely getting antibiotics, vitamin C and zinc, steroids (decadron most likely).
