Based on some of the briefings Meadows and McEnany provided today, there's no sign of Pence being pushed to the forefront and probably won't happen unless they decide to invoke the 25th amendment and have Pence temporarily take over Presidential duties. In their best interest, they may want to keep Pence as isolated from everyone as possible. The absolute last thing they want is for Trump and Pence to both fall ill, which would then have Nancy Pelosi on standby.
