I say there's a decent probability of this. In other admins you might not even ever hear of the discussions or the decisions but in this one of course the mufukkas gon leak like a sieve like they always do

I know he sent that "thoughts and prayers" tweet to Trump and the First Lady hours before the one about his and his wife status, but something tells Joe probably had has negative results back before he sent the first tweet to the Trumps. If he would've been positive he would've went ballistic on Trump. Should still be pissed at him tho

Adding on. But the basic barometer of criteria would be...

• Unable to Think/Speak
• Comatose
• Dead

Basically being able to make critical decisions, by himself, and with no one's help doing it. If Trump is having a fever, that's not grounds, it's only when it's clear he cannot make critical decisions on his own terms.
