1) Being anti-abortion
2) Trump's machismo ("tough guy") attitude is endearing to some.
3) Many Cuban & Venezuelan voters are scared of the "socialist/communist" Democrats
4) Some Latinos agree with Trump's immigration policies because they view illegal Latino immigrants as "free loaders" and they should "get in line and apply like I did".
5) Some Latinos especially older ones are opposed to the BLM movement and are racist in general towards Black people.

Because Puerto Ricans are not the same as Cuban. Mexicans aren't the same as Colombians. Venezuelans are not the same El Salvadorians, etc.
