Just an update. My I sent my ballot in the 19th, and it was counted on the 21st. So I had no issue with my absentee, though my county is very blue in Wisconsin.
how do you know its counted? do they send an email?

i am considering doing a mail-in because i have residency in two states (currently in a blue state, but the other one is purple)

I made sure I was registered with my state's election website. MyVote.wi.gov

They allow me to see the progress of my Absentee Ballot Request & Delivery

The thing that assures me is that Biden understands the map and what's important, unlike Clinton. He's busting his ass for PA. It may not work but as of right now? I'd rather be Biden than Trump, PA wise. Looks like MI and WI are secure yet Biden won't ignore them, which (again) I like. And he's also expanding the map with AZ, where it looks like he'll win. All in all, this is a strategy that can win. But man...he has to win PA. HAS to.

Another state he can win. I like it.

Basically my hope is that on election night we know Biden won AZ. If that's the case I'm going to feel very good about the next few days where other states will start declaring. We should also know who won FL on election night, given that they count absentee ballots early. If Biden wins both? It's a wrap.
