The Supreme Court has shown that they won’t outright do his dirty work. If this is what he’s banking on he’ll be very disappointed in the end. Especially if he gets trounced in November.

Biden already outraised Trump by like 100mil lol. We're not going to win this by throwing money at it. Biden has NO campaign offices (unless something has changed since last time I checked) in any swing states. Dude isn't even campaigning. We'll have to see what happens at the debates but this strategy of allowing Trump to "dig himself a hole" isn't going to work because it literally doesn't matter what Trump does or doesn't do. If he's allowed to control the narrative it wins him more independents.

but if it comes down to the wire like in 2000 in some state like pennsylvania or wisconsin this works well for him. i expect all 6 republican-nominated justices to side with trump in a situation like that, but even if Roberts didn't the other five certainly would. it will play out like bush v gore again

If I give Cheeto Ohio, Florida and North Carolina but Arizona to Biden I still have Cheeto at 250... He would need all those states plus I guess PA.

I already gave him the Maine split and all of Nebraska to get to 250. So if he won all those states I listed he'd need to flip PA. WI wouldn't be enough.
I think the Presidency runs through PA. If Biden were to say pull an upset in Florida then Cheeto would get washed
